Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to acesolabs.org and purchases from Aceso Labs(Based in Indiana).
Research materials; no human or animal use
Every item is offered solely for in-vitro research and analytical applications by qualified laboratories and research institutions. No item may be used in or on a human or animal, consumed, administered, used clinically, or used for diagnostic, therapeutic, preventative, veterinary, or household purposes.
No medical claims
Aceso Labs does not make medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, preventative, physiological, or veterinary claims. Site content, product data, certificates, and support communications are technical information only and are not medical advice or instructions for use.
Buyer representations
The buyer represents that it has the training, facilities, licenses, approvals, and procedures required for lawful laboratory work. The buyer must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, institutional policies, transport rules, and waste-disposal requirements.
Assumption of liability
The buyer assumes full responsibility and liability for misuse, unauthorized transfer, improper storage or handling, and any activity inconsistent with these Terms or the Research Use Agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Aceso Labs harmless from claims arising from such conduct.
Orders and verification
Orders are subject to acceptance and qualification review. We may request institutional information, decline service, limit quantities, or cancel an order when intended use cannot be verified. Product availability, specifications, and pricing may change before order acceptance.
Analytical information
Technical data and certificates describe the tested batch and are not a warranty that a material is suitable for a particular protocol. Buyers must conduct their own evaluation.
Intellectual property and site use
Site content may not be copied, scraped, republished, or used to misrepresent a product or its intended purpose. Unauthorized or unlawful use of the site is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aceso Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected item.
Changes and governing terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
