Shipping Policy

Qualified destinations
We ship only to destinations and buyers eligible to receive research materials. Orders may be held while institutional details, intended use, address, or regulatory requirements are verified.
Temperature-controlled handling
Materials are stored under controlled conditions before dispatch. When a compound specification indicates that thermal protection is appropriate for stability, shipments use insulated packaging, conditioned cold packs, or another temperature-controlled method selected for the material, route, season, and expected transit time. Packaging is intended to limit temperature excursion during normal transit; it does not create a continuous monitoring guarantee unless expressly stated for the order.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are packed in sealed, tamper-evident analytical containers and shipped by a trackable service. Processing estimates begin after order acceptance and qualification review. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed.
Receipt and storage
A qualified recipient should be available at delivery. Inspect the package promptly, document any damage or unexpected temperature condition before opening, and transfer materials to the storage conditions stated on the label or accompanying documentation.
Address and carrier issues
The buyer is responsible for an accurate deliverable address and any required receiving procedures. Risk associated with an incorrect address, refused package, uncollected shipment, unauthorized forwarding, customs hold, or recipient delay may remain with the buyer.
Transit concerns
Report documented damage or suspected stability concerns within 48 hours of recorded delivery under the Refund and Replacement Policy.
