Research Use Agreement
Effective date: July 22, 2026
This Research Use Agreement applies to every purchase from Aceso Labs. By ordering, accepting delivery, or using any material supplied by Aceso Labs, the buyer agrees to the terms below.
Qualified research use only
All compounds, reference standards, and analytical materials are sold exclusively for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research and analytical applications. They are not food, drugs, cosmetics, dietary supplements, medical devices, or veterinary products.
Prohibited uses
Materials must not be used in or on humans or animals, consumed, administered, introduced into a living organism, used for diagnosis or treatment, or incorporated into any consumer product. Resale for any prohibited purpose is forbidden.
Buyer qualifications and controls
The buyer represents that it is a qualified laboratory, research institution, or trained research professional with appropriate facilities, procedures, supervision, and legal authority. The buyer is responsible for safe receipt, storage, handling, documentation, use, and disposal in accordance with applicable law and institutional requirements.
Independent evaluation
Certificates of analysis and technical information are provided for identification and analytical reference. The buyer must independently determine suitability for its protocol and verify identity, purity, stability, and compatibility before use.
Responsibility for misuse
The buyer assumes all responsibility and liability arising from possession, handling, transfer, resale, or use of the materials, including any use outside the limited research purpose stated here. Aceso Labs may refuse or cancel an order when buyer qualifications or intended use cannot be verified.
Acceptance
Submitting an order and completing the required checkout certification constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.
